...street fairs and Starbucks! Literally everything from grocery stores to restaurants are closed in Germany on Sunday. We didn't want to stay cooped up inside all day so we ventured out to a street fair and then went to Starbucks to do homework. Our wireless surf sticks work anywhere in Germany, so we have free access to the internet wherever we want!
This street fair was pretty small, and sold mostly second hand items. We tried some hot mulled wine and cinnamon doughnut things from the red stand behind me in the picture.
Of course we grabbed the best spot in Starbucks so we could people watch through the window! Berliners seem to love Starbucks; it was packed with people! They also love dogs, and dogs are allowed everywhere here...I've seen them on the bus, in stores, and even in Starbucks. Gross! At least they are clean and well behaved.
