We went to the German city of Potsdam for the day to visit the chateau where the Potsdam Conference was held at the end of WWII.
We had really good Thai food for lunch!
Oxfam is a second hand chain store that is kind of like the Goodwill. I got a sweet puffy vest! Sooo practical...
These guys moved, which meant that we HAD to stop and get some pastries.
Then we went to Friedrich the Great's Palace, which was absolutely beautiful.
We weren't allowed to take pictures inside, but each room was very ornate and well decorated. The gardens were pretty, but will be even better in spring when they are in bloom.
